FRONT WILL USHER VERY COLD TEMPERATURES AND NORTHWEST GALES TO
THE WATERS OVER THE WEEKEND. AREAS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY FREEZING
SPRAY ALONG WITH FREQUENT GALE FORCE NORTHWEST WIND GUSTS WILL
OCCUR SAT INTO SUNDAY. AN INTENSIFYING LOW PRESSURE CENTER WILL
MOVE FROM VIRGINIA TO NEW YORK STATE OR WESTERN NEW ENGLAND BY LATE
