.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Seas will continue to build as Tropical Jose slowly moves north.
Mariners can expect the highest winds and heavier rain bands  across
the waters off the south coast through at least Thursday. What  will
become the remnants of Jose will remain just to the south of  the
waters into the weekend. Mariners should monitor the latest
forecasts from the National Hurricane Center at www.nhc.noaa.gov.
