High pressure builds across the waters tonight and early Sat.
Intensifying low pres tracks across the Saint Lawrence River  Valley
Sat night and Sun, with its attending strong cold front  sweeping
across the New England waters Sun afternoon. High pres   then builds
into the water early next week.
