.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...

Low pressure off the Carolina coast will head northeast and pass
the benchmark this evening. This low will head toward Nova Scotia
late tonight and in its wake, strong westerly winds nearing 30 kts
will occur into Sunday evening. High pressure will follow briefly
on Monday. Low pressure will approach from the west Monday night,
moving offshore and becoming a potential gale Tuesday into
Wednesday.
