.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Seas will continue to build as Hurricane Jose slowly moves north.
Although Hurricane Jose is expected to weaken to a Tropical Storm
early Wednesday, mariners can expect the highest winds and  heavier
rain bands across the waters off the south coast through  at least
mid week. Mariners should monitor the latest forecasts  from the
National Hurricane Center at www.nhc.noaa.gov.
