High pressure will build across the waters today and tonight.
Meanwhile, low pressure will approach from the Great Lakes and  move
across New England Tuesday. The low will head toward  southern
Quebec Tuesday night and in its wake westerly gales  could blow
across the waters through Thursday. Another low will  approach from
the west on Friday.
