INITIALLY IT WILL MAINLY BE SNOW. THE SNOW WILL CHANGE TO RAIN AND SLEET SOUTH OF THE MASSACHUSETTS TURNPIKE FOR A TIME LATER IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON BEFORE CHANGING BACK TO SNOW AND ENDING EARLY SATURDAY EVENING. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE BETWEEN 2 AND 5 INCHES ALONG THE BOSTON TO PROVIDENCE CORRIDOR WITH MORE NORTH AND WEST AND LESS SOUTH AND EAST. A SUBTLE CHANGE IN THE TRACK MAY RESULT IN MORE OR LESS SNOW THAN CURRENTLY FORECAST. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL LIKELY BE NEEDED FOR AT LEAST SOME OF THIS REGION.
