A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL PASS WEST OF SOUTHERN NEW
ENGLAND ON CHRISTMAS EVE INTO CHRISTMAS MORNING. THIS SYSTEM WILL
BRING HEAVY RAINFALL WITH POTENTIAL FOR SOME URBAN/POOR DRAINAGE
FLOODING.

ALSO...A BRIEF PERIOD OF SOUTHERLY WIND GUSTS OF 35 TO 45 MPH IS
POSSIBLE CHRISTMAS EVE NIGHT ACROSS THE COASTAL PLAIN. A BETTER
CHANCE FOR THESE WIND GUSTS WILL OCCUR CHRISTMAS AFTERNOON AND
