including east coastal Massachusetts except Cape Ann.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday night into Wednesday morning...

Widespread rain will fall, with embedded heavier showers, resulting
in rainfall amounts around an inch in a brief period of time. This
poses a potential risk for poor drainage flooding across the region,
especially for coastal areas during forecast high astronomical tides.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is south coastal Rhode Island and
Massachusetts, including Cape Ann.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday night into Wednesday morning...

Strong, to potentially damaging, southerly winds are forecast, with
sustained values upwards of 35 to 40 mph, gusts up to 45 mph. Such
winds could result in downed tree and/or tree limbs along with the
potential for power outages.

Widespread rain will fall, with embedded heavier showers, resulting
in rainfall amounts around an inch in a brief period of time. This
poses a potential risk for poor drainage flooding across the region,
especially for coastal areas during forecast high astronomical tides.
