THE 40N/70W BENCHMARK FRIDAY NIGHT. THIS STORM WILL HAVE THE
POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE A PERIOD OF HIGH SEAS AND STRONG WIND GUSTS.
THE BEST CHANCE FOR TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS WILL BE ACROSS THE
WATERS SOUTH AND EAST OF CAPE COD...INCLUDING THE WATERS NEAR
MARTHAS VINEYARD AND NANTUCKET. CONFIDENCE IS LOW AT THIS
TIME...BUT MARINERS ARE URGED TO KEEP UP TO DATE WITH THE LATEST
