A persistent easterly wind flow combined with astronomically high tides will bring onshore swells beginning late Monday night and especially Tuesday into Wednesday. This will likely produce a surge of up to around 1 foot. At a minimum, splashover is expected along vulnerable shore roads, however such roads may become inundated. In addition, with the heavy rain forecast, there is the possibility of POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING for coastline communities at the height of high tide. There may also be urban, poor drainage issues across the interior. Lastly, on Wednesday into Wednesday night, there is the risk of LOCALLY DENSE FOG, especially across eastern and southeastern areas of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
