A WARM MOIST AIRMASS WAS OVERSPREADING SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF RHODE
ISLAND AND SOUTHEAST MASSACHUSETTS DURING THE PREDAWN HOURS THIS
MORNING WITH TEMPERATURES RISING TOWARD 60 DEGREES! THESE WARM
TEMPS COMBINED WITH HIGH HUMIDITY WAS RESULTING IN PATCHY DENSE
FOG AND POOR VISIBILITY. IF DRIVING THIS MORNING IN THIS AREA...SLOW
DOWN...USE YOUR HEADLIGHTS...AND LEAVE PLENTY OF DISTANCE AHEAD OF
YOU.

FOG WILL DISSIPATE AROUND OR SHORTLY AFTER SUNRISE ALONG WITH IMPROVING
VISIBILITY
