...Accumulating snow for the end of the evening commute...

Light snowfall will begin to overspread the region after 5 pm this
evening, increasing to a moderate snowfall especially along the
immediate south coast, Cape Cod and the Islands between 7 and 10
pm. Untreated roadways may become slippery.

At this time, areas of 1 to 3 inches of snow are expected along
the south coast, with a low risk for up to 4 inches. Areas up to
and just north of the Mass Pike may receive a coating to an inch.


Motorists are urged to use caution during this evening`s commute.
