Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Light to moderate southeast winds and a slight sea
will continue to be supported by broad high pressure extending
into the Western Gulf of Mexico. Winds and seas to gradually
increase mid to the latter portions of the week as low pressure
strengthens over the South Plains tightening the pressure
gradient. There remains a good chance of showers and thunderstorms
through Wednesday with lessor coverage by the end of the work
week and next weekend.
