.SYNOPSIS...A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA TOMORROW MORNING
WITH INCREASING NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS AND BUILDING SEAS THAT WILL
REQUIRE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES FOR THE GULF WATERS. ANOTHER SURGE
OF HIGH PRESSURE ON TUESDAY WILL MAINTAIN ADVERSE CONDITIONS
BEFORE STEADY IMPROVEMENT IN THE MARINE CONDITIONS COMMENCES
