Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS....Light to moderate southeast winds and low to moderate
seas expected to prevail across the lower Texas coastal waters as
surface high pressure remains across the Gulf of Mexico. Small
craft exercise caution and small craft advisory conditions are not
anticipated. Shower and thunderstorm chances increase Saturday
night and continue through the forecast period.
