.SYNOPSIS...AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE HAS DEVELOP OVER THE LOWER
TEXAS GULF COAST THIS AFTERNOON. THIS IS PRODUCING STRONG GUSTY
WINDS AND AS A RESULT A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR
THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE LAGUNA MADRE AND THE NEARSHORE WATERS.
THIS ACTIVITY WILL DIMINISH LATE THIS EVENING WITH LIGHT TO MODERATE
WINDS AND SEAS CONTINUING THROUGH THE NIGHT.
