THE FINE FUELS. THE DRYING POTENTIAL WILL ALSO BE ENHANCED BY THE
FACT THAT AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITIES TODAY WILL BE IN THE 20
PERCENT RANGE AND THE TEENS ON SUNDAY. WINDS WILL INCREASE FROM
THE NORTHWEST TODAY INTO THE 10 TO 15 MPH RANGE...WITH GUSTS TO
25 MPH.
