AND UPSTATE VERMONT TODAY.  RH VALUES WILL LOWER TO 35 TO 45 PERCENT
THIS AFTERNOON.  CLOUDS WILL INCREASE TONIGHT WITH AN INCREASING THREAT
OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT MONDAY INTO MONDAY
NIGHT. A WET AND UNSETTLED PATTERN WILL CONTINUE INTO THE MID WEEK.
