AT 815 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR ST. REGIS NEW YORK TO 26 MILES
NORTHWEST OF OGDENSBURG IN CANADA. MOVEMENT WAS SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

WIND GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS ALONG WITH
FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS.
