AT 125 PM EST...A LINE OF SNOW SHOWERS AND SQUALLS WAS EXTENDING
FROM RICHFORD TO NEAR MORETOWN TO NORTH OF RUTLAND...AND MOVING EAST
AT 30 MPH.

A QUICK INCH OF SNOW AND WIND GUSTS TO 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH
THESE SNOW SHOWERS. VISIBILITIES WILL DROP QUICKLY TO LESS THAN A
QUARTER OF A MILE IN THE SQUALLS.
