...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN ST. LAWRENCE AND
NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES...

AT 830 PM EDT...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE CROSSING THE ST.
LAWRENCE RIVER INTO ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY NEAR LOUISVILLE, MASSENA,
AND ROOSEVELTOWN. STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THE
STRONGEST STORM WILL TRACK NEAR THE EISENHOWER LOCK TO NEAR
HOGANSBURG THROUGH 9 PM.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH AND PEA SIZE HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS
STORM.
