EAST CENTRAL FRANKLIN...NORTHWESTERN ESSEX AND SOUTHWESTERN CLINTON
COUNTIES...

AT 1230 PM EDT...A SHOWER WITH STRONG WIND GUSTS AND HEAVY RAIN WAS
NEAR RAINBOW LAKE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS SHOWER. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF
FROM HEAVY RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF ONE INCH IN ONE HOUR WILL CAUSE
ELEVATED LEVELS ON SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER
ON COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
LIGHTNING MAY ALSO OCCUR.
