916 PM EDT TUE JUL 15 2014

...CLUSTER OF SHOWERS WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE THROUGH
NORTHERN FRANKLIN AND NORTHWESTERN CLINTON COUNTIES...

AT 906 PM EDT...A CLUSTER OF HEAVY SHOWERS WITH EMBEDDED
THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM BURKE CENTER TO CHASM FALLS TO AZURE
MOUNTAIN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT ONE-HALF TO NEAR ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS
FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR FROM THESE SHOWERS AND EMBEDDED
THUNDERSTORMS. AN ADDITIONAL HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAIN WILL CAUSE
WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. THERE MAY BE
RAPID RISES ON SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO...
NORTH BURKE...MALONE...CHATEAUGAY...DUANE CENTER...EARLVILLE...
CHASM FALLS...OWLS HEAD...

BE CAREFUL WHEN DRIVING. PONDING WATER ON ROADWAYS CAN CREATE
DANGEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS...AND HEAVY RAINFALL WILL REDUCE
VISIBILITY.

TURN AROUND...DON`T DROWN.
