FRANKLIN AND ST. LAWRENCE COUNTIES...

AT 254 PM EDT...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY
RAINFALL WAS LOCATED FROM CARDINAL TO SOUTH COLTON TO HORSESHOE
LAKE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS. VERY HEAVY RAIN
WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. THERE
MAY BE RAPID RISES ON SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS.
