WEATHER SUMMARY FOR WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEW YORK
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE BUFFALO NY
433 AM EDT FRI AUG 15 2014

LOW PRESSURE OVER SOUTHERN QUEBEC WILL FINALLY BEGIN TO LIFT FURTHER
AWAY FROM OUR REGION TODAY. THIS WILL ALLOW LAKE EFFECT RAIN SHOWERS
EAST OF LAKE ONTARIO TO GRADUALLY DIMINISH TODAY AND THIS EVENING...
THOUGH TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN WELL BELOW NORMAL FOR ONE MORE DAY
BEFORE WARMING SOME OVER THE COURSE OF THE WEEKEND. THE NEXT FRONTAL
SYSTEM WILL CROSS THE REGION BETWEEN LATER SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND
EARLY SUNDAY MORNING ALONG WITH A ROUND OF SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE
THUNDERSTORMS...WITH THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEKEND OTHERWISE EXPECTED
TO BE MAINLY DRY.
