HIGH PRESSURE STRETCHING FROM THE UPPER GREAT LAKES TO THE SAINT
LAWRENCE VALLEY WILL SUPPLY OUR REGION WITH FAIR DRY WEATHER INTO
THIS EVENING...THEN CONDITIONS WILL SIGNIFICANTLY DETERIORATE FOR
THE WEEKEND. AN UNUSUALLY WELL ORGANIZED STORM SYSTEM FOR THIS
TIME OF YEAR WILL STALL OVER THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY WHILE PRODUCING
AN INCH AND A HALF TO AS MUCH AS THREE INCHES OF RAIN FOR OUR
REGION. IMPROVEMENT IS NOT EXPECTED UNTIL THE START OF THE NEW
WORK WEEK.
