HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE TOWARD THE MID ATLANTIC COAST OVERNIGHT.
THIS PATTERN WILL ALLOW AN INITIALLY COLD AIRMASS TO SLOWLY
MODIFY...WITH BELOW ZERO TEMPERATURES INCREASING AFTER MIDNIGHT.
THE NEXT SYSTEM WILL THEN MOVE ACROSS THE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND
INTO THE OHIO VALLEY ON SATURDAY...SPREADING LIGHT SNOW ACROSS MOST
OF WESTERN NEW YORK THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING.  ANOTHER ARCTIC BLAST
WILL ARRIVE BY MONDAY WITH MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR RECORD BREAKING
COLD WEATHER.
