Weather Summary for Western and North Central New York
National Weather Service Buffalo NY
254 PM EST Wed Nov 15 2017

A cold front accompanied with rain showers will cross the region
tonight. As cold air builds over the Eastern Great Lakes behind this
cold front bands of lake effect precipitation will form downwind of
the Eastern Great Lakes with plumes of rain mixing with a little
snow tomorrow, and snow becoming more widespread tomorrow night as
precipitation winds down. Friday will be rather quiet, before
another storm system reaches the region for the weekend, with rain,
gusty winds and colder temperatures bringing accumulating lake
effect snow plumes.
