A GENERAL SNOW...MIXED WITH SOME SLEET AND RAIN FROM THE GENESEE
VALLEY EASTWARD...WILL CONTINUE TO PASS ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH
TODAY. A REINFORCING BLAST OF COLDER AIR WILL ARRIVE TONIGHT AND
WILL SET THE STAGE FOR HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW WITH SIGNIFICANT
ACCUMULATIONS MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY. GUSTY WINDS WILL
INCREASE TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT...WITH BLOWING SNOW RESULTING IN
LOCALIZED NEAR ZERO VISIBILITIES. ADDITIONAL LAKE EFFECT SNOW AND
BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES ARE LIKELY THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.
