Weather Summary for Western and North Central New York
National Weather Service Buffalo NY
108 AM EST Tue Jan 23 2018

A storm system centered over lower Michigan will push a strong
front across the region today and this will continue to generate
additional rainfall. Falling temperatures in the wake of the
front later today will not only allow leftover rain to change to
snow showers...but will promote some lake effect snows in the
snowbelts east of both lakes through Wednesday. Seasonable
temperatures during the middle of the week will then once again
give way to warmer conditions by the weekend.
