...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations up to 12
  inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph creating near
  whiteout conditions.

* WHERE...Northeast Bighorn Mountains.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible on Highway
  14. The combination of heavy snow and blowing snow may make
  outdoor recreation activities dangerous at times.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...If you are planning travel to the high
  country for recreation during the watch period, please let someone
  know your plans in case you become stranded.
