AFTERNOON THUNDERSTORMS TODAY AND THURSDAY. THE HIGHEST CHANCE
FOR RAIN WILL BE ACROSS THE CSRA AND WESTERN MIDLANDS. TRANSPORT
WINDS WILL BE LIGHT AND EASTERLY THURSDAY WITH SEASONAL MIXING
HEIGHTS.

A FRONT IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO THE AREA FRIDAY. THERE IS
UNCERTAINTY WITH HOW FAR EAST THE FRONT WILL PUSH. HOWEVER A WIND
SHIFT WILL BE POSSIBLE...WITH WINDS GOING FROM SOUTHERLIES TO
