CAROLINA-NORTH CAROLINA BORDER WILL CONTINUE TO PROMOTE ISOLATED
TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE NORTHERN MIDLANDS AGAIN
THIS AFTERNOON.  AN UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE CURRENTLY
OFF THE SOUTHEASTERN US COAST WILL APPROACH THE AREA TONIGHT
THROUGH MONDAY...AND PROVIDE ATMOSPHERIC ENERGY TO SUPPORT
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS AGAIN MONDAY AFTERNOON.

PATCHY MORNING FOG MAY BE FOUND NEAR AREAS OF WATER.

SURFACE WINDS TODAY WILL BE LIGHT THIS MORNING...THEN BECOME
OUT OF THE EAST AROUND 10 MPH BY AFTERNOON. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL
INCREASE TO 10 TO 15 MPH. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL DROP TO NEAR
45 PERCENT BOTH THIS AFTERNOON AND MONDAY AFTERNOON.
