ALONG WITH PATCHY FOG AND POOR DISPERSION OVERNIGHT.

ANOTHER COLD FRONT FROM THE NORTHWEST WILL PUSH DRIER AIR INTO THE
REGION BEGINNING MID-OR LATE TUESDAY MORNING. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES
WILL REACH 45 TO 50 PERCENT TUESDAY AFTERNOON...ALTHOUGH SURFACE AND
