.DISCUSSION...
DRIER AND COOLER AIR HAS SETTLED INTO THE FORECAST AREA
WITH HIGH PRESSURE EXTENDING IN FROM THE NW. THIS AIR MASS
WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH SUNDAY. AFTER MONDAY...RETURN
FLOW AS THE HIGH SHIFTS NE OF US WILL BRING A SLOW RETURN OF
MOISTURE. THE PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL REMAIN WEAK RESULTING IN
LIGHT SURFACE AND TRANSPORT WINDS AT LESS THAN 10 MPH. RELATIVE
HUMIDITY WILL BOTTOM OUT GENERALLY BETWEEN 30-35 PERCENT OVER
THE NEXT FEW DAYS. VERY SHALLOW PATCHY FOG WILL OCCUR DURING
THE EARLY MORNING HOURS IN A FEW LOCATIONS NEAR BODIES OF WATER.
