.DISCUSSION...A frontal boundary south of the area will return
north as a warm front tonight into Monday.

Surface winds this morning will be north-northeast around 5 mph
after daybreak, become northeast at 5 to 10 mph by late morning,
then become east during the afternoon. Transport winds will be
east-northeast 10 to 15 mph. Minimum relative humidities will
range from around 35 percent across the North Midlands to around
50 percent across the South Midlands and CSRA. Areas of light rain
and fog will develop tonight as the warm front lifts north.
