.DISCUSSION...A WEAK SURFACE TROUGH WILL BE IN THE FORECAST AREA
SATURDAY. DRY UPPER RIDGING WILL BEGIN TO SHIFT EAST OF THE REGION
ALLOWING MOISTURE TO INCREASE WITH SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS AT 5
TO 10 MPH. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL BE 35 TO 40 PERCENT AND
WILL BE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER ON SUNDAY. EXPECT ISOLATED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS BOTH DAYS. POOR OVERNIGHT DISPERSIONS WITH PATCHY FOG
AND LOW CLOUDS ESPECIALLY IN THE SOUTHERN CSRA AND MIDLANDS WILL OCCUR
DURING THE EARLY MORNING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
