Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central South Carolina
and East Central Georgia
National Weather Service Columbia SC
337 AM EDT Mon Mar 27 2017

.DISCUSSION...Periods of scattered showers and a few isolated
thunderstorms will be a daily threat through late Tuesday as
several upper level troughs interact with an increasingly warm
and moist airmass...before a weak front brings in drier air
Tuesday evening. Rainfall will be extremely spotty and generally
light. A weak breeze nightly will generally keep widespread dense
fog from forming...although sheltered areas may see some light
fog forming toward sunrise each morning. Highest winds should
occur Tuesday ahead of and behind of the weak cold front...bringing
in drier air by Tuesday evening.
