.DISCUSSION...A good amount of cloud cover is expected to move across
the burn area through the day as Atlantic moisture moves inland at low
levels, and Gulf moisture moves in the mid and upper levels.  Winds
will start off light around 5 mph early this morning, then towards noon
are forecast to increase to around 10 mph with wind gusts around 15 mph
becoming more likely.  Can not rule out a few sprinkles this morning,
but majority of the day will remain dry.  Increasing rain chances are
expected to occur after midnight.  In addition, wind speeds will continue
to increase overnight into Thursday ahead of an approaching cold front.
