WEAK HIGH PRESSURE WILL GIVE WAY TO VIGOROUS DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE
TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY. SCATTERED SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE MAINLY FROM
LATE THIS EVENING THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON. ATMOSPHERIC
MOISTURE WILL BE LIMITED...AND RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE
AROUND ONE-QUARTER INCH OR LESS FOR MOST LOCATIONS. MUCH COLDER AIR
WILL MOVE IN SATURDAY AND REMAIN THROUGH THE EARLY PART OF THE WEEK.

MINOR STAGE FLUCTUATIONS WILL THEREFORE CONTINUE ON AREA RIVERS
THROUGH SUNDAY...WITH THE MAIN DRIVER BEING POWER GENERATION AND
