DAILY RIVER AND LAKE SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC
1217 PM EDT THU JUN 30 2016

...All river forecast points remain below flood stage...

Any rain during the past 24 hours was generally limited to the
Central Savannah River Area and South Midlands...with amounts of
less than one-half inch reported. A nearly stationary frontal
boundary draped across the Piedmont of SC and eastern GA will
combine with developing moderate or greater atmospheric instability
to trigger scattered thunderstorms this afternoon through this
evening. However...limited atmospheric moisture will likely produce
average rainfall of less than one-half inch. Any higher amounts
will be localized.

Therefore...little or no impact on area river levels is expected...
and without any organized thunderstorm activity...this trend will
continue through Saturday.
