CENTRAL MAINE...NORTHERN MAINE...SOUTHEAST MAINE AND WEST CENTRAL
MAINE.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO THE CENTRAL AND
DOWNEAST REGION LATER TONIGHT AND CONTINUE RIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY.
THE RAIN IS THEN EXPECTED TO LIFT ACROSS NORTHERN MAINE LATER
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON RIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY.
RAINFALL TOTALS FROM THIS EVENT COVERING A 48 HOUR PERIOD WILL
RANGE FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES WITH THE HIGHEST TOTALS EXPECTED ACROSS
CENTRAL AND DOWNEAST AREAS. THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL LEAD TO SOME
SIGNIFICANT RISES ON AREA RIVERS AND STREAMS. SOME SMALLER STREAMS
AND BROOKS COULD REACH NEAR BANKFUL.
