Winds and waves will increase to at least Small Craft Advisory
thresholds early to mid week as Jose nears the southeastern New
England coast before heading east into the open Atlantic south of the
Gulf of Maine. Although the official forecast track of Jose is still
well south of our marine zones, mariners should continue to monitor
the latest track trends of Jose as we approach this time frame.
