Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Waves will likely build in the Monday thru Wednesday time frame along
Downeast coastal beaches as Jose moves offshore from the Mid Atlantic
and Southeast New england states, possibly requiring the issuance of
surf advisory. Those planning on visiting Downeast beaches during
this time should monitor the latest forecasts for the potential of
high surf and dangerous rip currents.

Winds and waves will increase to at least Small Craft Advisory
thresholds early to mid next week as Jose approaches the Southeast
New Coast to near the south edge of the Gulf of Maine. Although the
official forecast track of Jose is still well south of our marine
zones, mariners should monitor the latest track trends of Jose as we
approach this time frame.
