SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN TO THE REGION TUESDAY AND TUESDAY
NIGHT. THE PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO CHANGE TO ALL RAIN ALONG
THE DOWNEAST COAST BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON. GUSTY EAST TO NORTHEAST
WINDS CAN BE EXPECTED TUESDAY WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 40 MPH
