A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE REGION TODAY. THE FRONT MAY BE
ACCOMPANIED BY A FEW SNOW SHOWERS LATER THIS MORNING AND INTO THIS
AFTERNOON, MAINLY FROM THE KATAHDIN REGION NORTH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

LOW PRESSURE IS EXPECTED TO APPROACH THE REGION ON MONDAY. THIS
SYSTEM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BRING SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL TO THE
REGION BEGINNING LATER SUNDAY NIGHT ACROSS DOWNEAST AREAS AND
THEN SPREADING NORTH ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF NORTHERN MAINE ON
MONDAY.
