HIGH TIDE WILL OCCUR IN THE CHARLESTON HARBOR AROUND 1003 AM FRIDAY MORNING AND AROUND 1104 AM IN THE BEAUFORT RIVER AT BEAUFORT. * IMPACTS...SHALLOW COASTAL FLOODING IS EXPECTED. INUNDATION OF SALTWATER IN AND NEAR LOW-LYING COASTAL AREAS COULD LEAD TO SOME ROAD CLOSURES AND FLOODING OF PROPERTIES.
