MORNING...

* LOCATION...COASTAL CHARLESTON COUNTY INCLUDING DOWNTOWN
  CHARLESTON.

* TIDE LEVELS...PEAKING AROUND 7.4 FEET MEAN LOWER LOW WATER IN
  CHARLESTON HARBOR. LEVELS WILL SLOWLY RECEDE BELOW 7 FEET
  BETWEEN 9 AND 10 AM.

* IMPACTS...INUNDATION OF SALTWATER IN AND NEAR LOW-LYING
  COASTAL AREAS COULD LEAD TO STANDING WATER ON SOME ROADS
  TYPICALLY IMPACTED BY SHALLOW COASTAL FLOODING.
