FLOOD ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING.

* LOCATION...CHARLESTON...COASTAL COLLETON AND BEAUFORT COUNTIES.

* TIDE LEVELS...TIDE LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO PEAK BETWEEN 7.0 AND
  7.3 FEET MEAN LOWER LOW WATER AT THE CHARLESTON HARBOR TIDE
  GAGE.

* TIMING...THE HIGHEST TIDES ARE EXPECTED OCCUR FROM ONE HOUR
  BEFORE TO ONE HOUR AFTER HIGH TIDE...WHICH IS EXPECTED TO BE 837
  PM.

* IMPACTS...INUNDATION OF SALTWATER IN AND NEAR LOW-LYING
  COASTAL AREAS COULD LEAD TO SOME ROAD CLOSURES AND FLOODING OF
  PROPERTIES.
