EVENING...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A COASTAL
FLOOD ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EDT THIS EVENING.

* LOCATION...CHARLESTON COUNTY...INCLUDING DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON.

* TIDE LEVELS...THE SUNDAY EVENING HIGH TIDE WILL PEAK BETWEEN
  6.9 FEET AND 7.2 FEET MEAN LOWER LOW WATER ON CHARLESTON HARBOR.
  SHALLOW SALT WATER FLOODING TYPICALLY BEGINS AROUND 7 FT MLLW.

* TIMING...HIGH TIDE IS EXPECTED AROUND 822 PM EDT ON CHARLESTON
  HARBOR.

* IMPACTS...INUNDATION OF SALTWATER IN AND NEAR LOW-LYING COASTAL
  AREAS COULD LEAD TO SOME ROAD CLOSURES AND FLOODING OF
  PROPERTIES. AREA BEACHES WILL BECOME INUNDATED FOR A COUPLE OF
  HOURS THIS EVENING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE PREPARED FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF ROAD CLOSURES AND MINOR
FLOODING OF PROPERTIES. IF TRAVEL IS NECESSARY...DO NOT ATTEMPT
TO DRIVE THROUGH WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH.
