THIS WILL RESULT IN SHALLOW TO MODERATE COASTAL FLOODING ALONG MUCH OF THE LOWER SOUTH CAROLINA COAST. * TIMING...THE RISK FOR SALT WATER FLOODING WILL BE HIGHEST WITHIN AN HOUR EITHER SIDE OF HIGH TIDE.
