SATURDAY...

* TIDE LEVELS...HIGH TIDE WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 11 PM AND MIDNIGHT.
  TIDE LEVELS WILL REACH BETWEEN 7.0 AND 7.5 FT MEAN LOWER LOW
  WATERS IN THE CHARLESTON HARBOR AND 9.2 AND 9.6 FT MEAN LOWER
  LOW WATER AT FORT PULASKI...CAUSING MINOR TO MODERATE SALTWATER
  FLOODING OF LOW LYING COASTAL AREAS. THIS INCLUDES DOWNTOWN
  CHARLESTON...PARTS OF SAVANNAH AND THE BARRIER ISLANDS. HEAVY
  RAINFALL MAY COINCIDE WITH HIGH TIDE THIS EVENING...CAUSING
  SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE FLOODING PROBLEMS.

* IMPACTS...INUNDATION OF SALTWATER IN AND NEAR LOW-LYING
  COASTAL AREAS COULD LEAD TO SOME ROAD CLOSURES AND FLOODING OF
  PROPERTIES.

BE PREPARED FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF ROAD CLOSURES AND MINOR
FLOODING OF PROPERTIES. IF TRAVEL IS NECESSARY...DO NOT ATTEMPT
