* LOCATION...SOUTH CAROLINA COASTAL COMMUNITIES...INCLUDING
  CHARLESTON.

* TIDE LEVELS...PEAKING BETWEEN 6.9 AND 7.1 FEET MEAN LOWER LOW
  WATER.

* TIMING...HIGH TIDE IS EXPECTED AT ABOUT 1007 PM EDT ON
  CHARLESTON HARBOR. SHALLOW SALT WATER FLOODING IS EXPECTED UP
  TO 1 HOUR BEFORE AND 1 TO 2 HOURS AFTER THE HIGH TIDE.

* IMPACTS...INUNDATION OF SALTWATER IN AND NEAR LOW-LYING
  COASTAL AREAS COULD LEAD TO SOME ROAD CLOSURES AND FLOODING OF
  PROPERTIES.
