THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO AREAS IN DROUGHT ACROSS SOUTHEAST SOUTH
CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA. AREA STREAMFLOW IS 10-25 PERCENT
BELOW NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR. BESIDES A CHANCE OF RAIN
SHOWERS EARLY NEXT WEEK...WIDESPREAD SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL IS NOT
EXPECTED OVER THE UPCOMING WEEK. THE 1-MONTH PRECIPITATION OUTLOOK
ISSUED BY THE CLIMATE PREDICTION CENTER FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH
INDICATES HIGHER CHANCES FOR ABOVE NORMAL RAINFALL. THE 3-MONTH
PRECIPITATION OUTLOOK INDICATES HIGHER CHANCES FOR ABOVE NORMAL
RAINFALL THROUGH MAY. THE CHANCES FOR RIVER FLOODING ARE NEAR
NORMAL.
