FLOWS ACROSS THE REGION RANGE AROUND NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR.
A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE REGION ON FRIDAY BRINGING A
QUICK SHOT OF POTENTIALLY MODERATE RAINFALL. THE 1-MONTH AND
3-MONTH PRECIPITATION OUTLOOKS FROM THE CLIMATE PREDICTION CENTER
INDICATE EQUAL CHANCES FOR ABOVE NORMAL...NEAR NORMAL...OR BELOW
NORMAL PRECIPITATION. AS A RESULT...THESE FACTORS POINT TO A NEAR
NORMAL CHANCE FOR ADDITIONAL RIVER FLOODING DURING THE NEXT THREE
MONTHS.
