CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED NEAR WASSAW SOUND BUOY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED THROUGH 415 PM EDT INCLUDE:
SAVANNAH BUOY...WASSAW SOUND BUOY AND CHANNEL BUOY 5.
