THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 6 NM EAST OF
CAPERS REEF TO NEAR CHARLESTON SIXTY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED THROUGH 400 AM EDT INCLUDE...
JIMMY LELAND TUG...CAPERS REEF...JOE SHUFORD REEF...CHARLESTON SIXTY AND
