AT 657 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR SOUTH SANTEE RIVER ENTRANCE
TO NEAR RATTLESNAKE SHOAL...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED THROUGH 800 PM EDT INCLUDE:
SOUTH SANTEE RIVER ENTRANCE...HECTOR REEF...BULL BREAKERS...JIMMY
LELAND TUG...CAPERS REEF...CAPERS ISLAND BUOY...CHARLESTON COASTAL
ANGLERS...CAPE ROMAIN REEF...RATTLESNAKE SHOAL...AIR FORCE REEF AND
CHARLESTON NEARSHORE REEF.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
