AT 1014 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 7 NM NORTHWEST OF CHANNEL BUOY 5...OR 10 NM NORTH OF WASSAW
SOUND BUOY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED THROUGH 1115 PM EDT INCLUDE:
FRIPP ISLAND WRECK...GENERAL GORDON...PELICAN BANK...GASKINS BANK
WRECK...WHITEWATER REEF...FRIPP INLET BUOY...GASKIN BANKS...HUNTING
ISLAND REEF...FISH AMERICA AND FRIPP ISLAND REEF.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THIS STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL LIKELY PRODUCE WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS AND
COULD POSE A SERIOUS HAZARD FOR BOATERS. A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING
MAY EVENTUALLY BE REQUIRED. BOATERS SHOULD CONSIDER STAYING IN PORT.
